The Missouri ProStart Competition took place in Springfield, MO on February 19-20, 2026. There are approximately 100 ProStart programs in Missouri. Of those 100 programs, twelve competed last week. Northwest Technical School was represented by Makinzee Brion, Jordan DeLeon, Sutton McAdams, and Jaidaci Wilmes. The NTS students placed fourth.
Students are graded on organization, degree of difficulty, safety and sanitation, and the appearance and flavor of their dishes.
